Our company was established in 1989 and renamed in 1992 when John Parks (1948-2010), Publisher of the Legal Advertiser, now the Detroit Legal News, acquired a three-year old title company and renamed it Parks Title. John’s nephew Pat Parks (1967-2010) partnered with Julie McKee to manage the dramatic growth of this customer-oriented company. The continued growth, commitment to quality work and excellent service will serve as Pat and John’s enduring legacy.
