Wendy joined Parks Title, a division of Fidelity National Title in 1999 and serves as an examiner and title manager of the department in our Royal Oak office. Wendy is an Experienced Title Examiner with advanced knowledge of title reports, and an in-depth understanding of researching and analyzing property records.
