Parks Title is OPEN, actively closing transactions, and conducting business as we are recognized as an “essential service” pursuant to Governor Whitmer’s Stay At Home Order issued recently.
To protect our customers and employees, our office doors are locked and we are allowing only essential parties (people who are signing the closing documents) into our buildings. If you are an essential party and you are sick or have been around anyone that is sick, please call us and we will make arrangements to safely close your transaction.
Our public areas and closing rooms are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between closings.
We are communicating with our clients and sending documents for review ahead of closing in order to make the signing process as fast and efficient as possible.
