We are excited to announce that Parks Title has received the 2017 Circle of Excellence award from Fidelity National Title Group! This award recognizes exceptional performance across FNTG agency operations, and we are honored to receive this distinction. The award was presented to team members at the honoree banquet held in Grand Rapids on February 7th.
Julie McKee, President and Owner, Hollie Oxie, Director of Title Operations, Amy Hayes, Account Manager, and Diana Conte, Licensed Escrow Agent, accepted the award on behalf of the Parks Title Team. “It was a special night. We were surrounded by all of our great friends from Fidelity and our friendly competitors,” recalls Julie. “Before they announced each winner, they started with a small introduction and then had a song that played specific to each company as you went up to collect the award. We were one of the last to go, and when we heard, ‘they have maneuvered through many changes and are now a 100% Women Owned Company’ we knew it was our turn to go up. Diana, Amy, Hollie, and I walked up to the song “Somewhere Over The Rainbow.” This song was picked for us by our Fidelity team, Cindy Immonen, Meredith Weingarden, and Lavinia Biasell. I think they picked this song because they see that together, all of us at Parks, are making our new dreams come true, we still believe in the best in people, and we show it every day by offering the best customer experience.”
