Bright House Networks/Junior Achievement
Parks Title was pleased to support the HSBC Cup as part of the Bright House Networks/Junior Achievement Invitational at the Innisbrook Golf Resort in Tampa, FL.
It was nothing but fairways and greens for (l-r) Keith Werwas (Assistant Vice President-Managing Attorney, Potestivo & Associates, Chicago), Julie McKee (President, Parks Title), Brian Potestivo (President, Potestivo & Associates), and Mark Demmer (Director of Finance, Parks Title).
LION TOWN 2012
Parks Title is thrilled to journey into the lion’s den in support of the Children’s Charities Coalition.
Celebrated local artist and author Kathleen Chisholm McInerney gave life to “King Leo the Lucky” who now stands guard outside of Parks Title’s Royal Oak headquarters.
King Leo honors the lives and legacies of both John and Pat Parks in a way that has great meaning for Julie McKee and Katie Parks, both Board members of CARE House.
Boys and Girls Club of South Oakland County
Parks Title was a sponsor of the 2012 Walk for the Future on May 5th. Our team members walked in support of the efforts of the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Oakland County and its mission to help children realize their full potential.
CARE House of Oakland County

Christ Child Society
Christ Child House is a residential treatment facility providing comprehensive treatment programs for abused and neglected boys ages 5-13. The Christ Child Society supports these programs of care as well as additional programs to meet the educational, emotional and spiritual needs of disadvantaged and at-risk children. Parks Title has been a multi-year sponsor of the Christ Child Society Holiday Home Tour
Cornerstone Schools
Parks Title has partnered with the new Cornerstone School High School which specializes in leadership and business. This school’s unique curriculum combines advanced classroom learning with an internship for every student. By covering the cost of tuition for one student, Parks Title receives the assistance of this student as an intern. Not only does the student receive the satisfaction of helping a bus
iness, but he or she also receives real-world skills and experience. We are pleased to have a Cornerstone student as part of our team four days a week.
The Hope Clinic
Parks Title learned from a client about the plight of the Hope Clinic whose Wayne, MI location was damaged following a tragic explosion. Our team members organized a fundraising effort where each staff member made personal cash donations that were matched by Parks Title and personally matched by our President, Julie McKee. This assistance provided many months worth of detergent for use at The Hope Clinic’s free laundry facility.
Lighthouse of Oakland County
Parks Title sponsored a successful food drive to support Lighthouse of Oakland County’s 2012 Thanksgiving meal program. Parks Title team members spent an entire afternoon volunteering with the donation center and packing, sorting and organizing food donations for distribution to local families in need.
