This week it’s all about Account Executive, Mark Jefferson. A member of our team for two years, Mark services a very wide territory around the metro area, including Detroit, Southfield, Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Dearborn, the downriver area, and eastern territories including Eastpointe and Romulus. Mark is a native Detroiter, “born and bred in the D”, and enjoys life with his lovely wife, Shawnita, and spends his free time golfing and kick boxing.
Mark is both a lot of fun to work with and extremely dedicated to his clients. His quiet humor and kind demeanor put you at ease as soon as you meet him, and his unparalleled work ethic makes him such an important asset to the Parks Title team.
Fellow team member, Shelley Provenza, who serves as the processor for Mark’s files, says she really enjoys working with Mark because “he’s a super nice guy, and we always share a laugh or two every day. He’s always laid back, but he’s also very organized and keeps an eye on every file that he has going on. He seems to have very good relationships with his customers, and they all like him very much. He and I are working together better and better all the time, and I think we’re turning out to be a pretty good team!”
Customers truly enjoy working with Mark because he’s easy to talk to, an excellent problem solver, and he always follows through on his promises.
One of Mark’s clients, T. Bent, of The PrivateBank, recently praised Mark by saying, “It has been my good fortune to work with Mark Jefferson. He is professional, thorough, and very customer service oriented, which is a ‘must’ in your business. He is a real taskmaster, quickly resolving any issues that arise! Mark is a real credit to the title industry.”
We are thrilled to have Mark as member of our team. Keep up the great work!
