This week we get to know Kevin McBride. Kevin has been a member of the Parks Title Team for nearly three years and serves as our Director of Business Development, supporting, managing and leading the growth of our Local Retail business. In addition, he has his own set of clients mainly in Southeast Michigan.
Kevin, his wonderful wife, Tina, and their two kids, Grant, 15, and Claire, 14, are residents of Shelby Township. His favorite ways to spend his free time are hanging out with his family and friends, reading, and sports, especially golf.
Kevin continually impresses his clients with his exceptional customer service, and in December he was awarded the honor of the Women’s Council of Realtors 2014 Affiliate of the Year from their Birmingham-Bloomfield Chapter. Mark Webberly, a client of Kevin’s, recently had this to say about him:
“Kevin McBride is the consummate professional. He is very well respected! Kevin is always there for you and your customer. He has answered his cell phone at night and on weekends when needed.
We had a signing on a Saturday as a favor for a customer with a very busy schedule. Kevin answered his phone knowing it was important to the client that Saturday while sitting in the stands at his son’s baseball game. We just wanted to make sure that they were ready for us at the Royal Oak office. His team at Parks Title respect him and made this convenience because of this respect.

In addition, Kevin is an extremely dedicated, energetic and well-respected leader of his team. 1. If you could have any job in the world (apart from the Parks Title Sales Team, of course), what would it be?
General Manager of an NFL team. My first choice would be the Lions.
2. What do you keep in the trunk of your car?
Golf Clubs
3. If you had one extra hour of free time per day, how would you use it?
Hanging out with my wife and kids.
4. If you were to perform in the circus, what would you do, and why?
I’d be a clown because they make people laugh.
5. What type of punctuation mark best represents your personality?
Exclamation point.
6. What is the weirdest (unusual) thing you’ve ever eaten?
Escargot.
7. If you could plan your ultimate vacation, where would you go?
Hawaii
8. What is the first thing you think of when you wake up in the morning?
It’s a new day.

My family and friends.
10. What do you enjoy about being a member of the Parks Title team?
The people and culture of the company. The people at Parks Title are like having a second family. They care about each other as well as the client. The culture of delivering excellent service to make sure that our clients have a smooth and successful closing is amazing. They are a great group of people.
