This week we get to know Account Manager, Adam Meadows. With more than eleven years of experience in the real estate industry, Adam has a unique story that began with Parks Title in 2011. Adam worked as a hybrid employee for both our team and Potestivo & Associates, from 2011 until 2014, when he accepted an opportunity in marketing with another company. However, he didn’t stay away for very long. “I took the leap to challenge myself personally and professionally, which I did,” he said. “However, you know the song, ‘I left my heart in San Francisco’? Well, I left my heart at Parks Title, and I could not be happier with my decision to return to what I consider my home away from home and my work family. It fills my heart to work with such amazing, wonderful people each and every day! “
Now based out of our Royal Oak headquarters, Adam serves many clients around Michigan, including the surrounding areas of Royal Oak, Ferndale, Pleasant Ridge, and Troy. He also serves as the account manager for our Illinois location, about which he adds, “After working on files in Illinois for both Parks Title and Potestivo & Associates, PC, I have the background and knowledge of Illinois law to help build and establish business for our office in Chicago that services the entire State of Illinois.”
Growing up in Dearborn, Adam was raised by his mother until the age of twelve. After her passing, he and his brother were brought up by their grandfather, who recently passed away at the age of 91. Adam describes his grandfather as having a huge impact on his life. “I am so blessed and lucky to have had him in my life for as long as I did. It is all because of him that I am the person I am today. Without his influence and being the amazing person he was to me in my life, I wouldn’t be nearly as successful as I am today!” He notes one of his grandfather’s important life lessons. “Always smile. It’s free, and it can change someone’s day for the better.”
It’s a lesson that Adam truly lives in his everyday life. He has a positive, outgoing and energetic spirit that team members as well as clients notice instantly. As team member, Sarah Snow, says, “Adam Meadows brings a natural spunkiness to our Sales Team. He is always eager to help and puts the client first. His genuine smile makes each person he comes in contact with happier than the minute before. We are very lucky to have Adam on our team, and we look forward to what the future will hold for him!”
AC, a broker client, likewise notes Adam’s enthusiasm and dedication. “Adam Meadows is a true transformational leader in this industry. A transformational leader is one that will stimulate and inspire others to both achieve extraordinary outcomes and, in the process, develop their own leadership capacity. (Ronald E. Riggio,) Adam is committed to helping Realtors understand the bigger picture, that he has the same passion and motivation to fulfill their goals as well as his own, and do it with ‘Fabulous Excitement’.”
Welcome back, Adam! We’re proud and excited to have you on our team.
